Blimey, went to register here and discovered I was already registered from back in 2007!
Anyway, going to look at this tomorrow morning. Bringing a battery with me as the car has been stood for a while, owner sadly passed away:

88' convertible in white, T16, £1100 ono. Looking at MOT history it's had welding done in the past including floor pan. But has passed since then with no mention of corrosion.
Obviously there will be corrosion but fingers crossed no serious structural issues.
If it starts and runs my wallet will be sweating.

By the way, they are not genuine Minilte wheels, they are 8 spokes as fitted to 9000 Anniversary as standard.

100% solid gold plated.

I'd see if you can check what's behind those chrome trims as well.

There are two reasons for fitting those, either they could not find any genuine trims or they are hiding grotty arches.

If the arches are ok its not a bad price for a running project.
