Those are not alloy wheels they look like steel to me.

I think it is the same seller just different eBay nickname. The photos are the same in the same location.
They have tried to see how much they could fetch but not happy with the result… and now selling for fixed price.

It could be, but I suspect the seller has just used the previous sellers photo's initially to post the ad, the photo's have since been replaced with a different set.
Both listings state a business seller, but they are both different addresses.
Its not unheard of though for sellers to use two accounts one for buying and another for selling, along with using other accounts for shill bidding.
