It really doesn't, Dave. It needs a lot of work and once the work is done and it has an MOT it might fetch the asking price. Being a fairly basic-spec. 5-door non-turbo auto makes it less appealing in the market than most others. A 5-door is more practical for many people but they don't seem to be as popular as the 3-door.

I generally would not use Good in the same sentence as a "900i Auto".
Unless you really like extremely slow cars that do 18mpg. Honestly the 3sp Borg Warner auto is pretty bad at the best of times. Even more so on a non-turbo.

Indeed a bit optimistic.
Open air dump valve on a Bosch LH Air Mass system is a big no no too.
