On windows 7 64bit, use google chrome to download the file, before downloading
go into google chrome settings, the settings are to the right of the url bar, three
horizontal stripes. When you click on this a box will appear. click on settings then
scroll down to bottom of settings page, bottom left it should say 'show advanced
settings', click on this, just below privacy is a list with check boxes, the fourth box
down is 'enable phishing and malware protection' uncheck this box. try to download
now. Once downloaded if it still says No, then open your downloads folder, it should
appear at the top of the screen in a box saying keep or discard. Click keep then open
the folder. The second or third thing in the list will say application to the right of it,
double click on this, a box should pop up with an option to 'extract to', click on this
and it should extract it to your download folder, open the new folder, the second or
third one down should still say application to the right of it but now have the image
of an OBD reader instead of a file image, double click on this file, another box should
pop up with the usual .exe installer, click run...............

Yes it works fine Geoff, I'm on Windows 7 64bit, the info above should help anyone install it really,
which will hopefully save you having to make another version
