EDIT: Should add they are in N Wales otherwise I might have been having a look.

I rang the number last night and it rang out. Today I have a Whatsapp* message with lots of photos of the cars and the spares that are part of the sale. Parts include new exhaust systems and a drivers side front wing from BillJ at Saabits. They are in Bala, North Wales which is too deep into Snowdonia for me to do a sneaky visit in the current lockdown. They are asking £3.5k for the lot. I haven't asked about timescales because that's more than my Saab Kitty currently contains and I'd possibly struggle with storage - cars and parts. I also didn't ask about splitting them up.

[Edit:Added] Stand easy everyone, they have been sold. :D

*Whatsapp, clever idea to save repeating conversations and dealing with hagglers if you ask me

I wasn't too far wrong, Bala is a short drive, via Corwen, from Ruthin. Doubt NW Police would have paid much attantion to the A525 / A494.

Glad the 9000s are sold :D

Thought I had seen this before, was this the one that was LPG? Nice car but on the the dealer site his video shows the door to be rusty, the air con, central locking and cruise control not working, and some dodgy looking plumbing in the engine bay for £12k I wouldn’t expect issues.

At the very least for £12K I'd expect an original Ruby with original wheels and original wheel-arch trims. There's nothing wrong with the aftermarket arches and the tarted-up Super Aeros if you like huge wheels that look too fat on a 900, and the wheels are easy to change, but I wouldn't expect to pay that much for it.

It does still have some MOT with some advisories.

Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):
all 4 tyres perished
all 4 brake discs showing surface corrosion
Exhaust has a minor leak of exhaust gases (6.1.2 (a))
exhaust systerm very rusted
Nearside Front Play in steering rack inner joint(s) ()
Offside Front Service brake binding but not excessively (1.2.1 (f))

Deposit received apparently, that sold pretty quick all things considered. They do look good in white mind.

I very much doubt it sold for the asking price though.

Asking prices are not an indicator of values, only selling prices can give you that.

Prices are not making sense at the moment.
However they are sometimes location driven.
Some will pay more for a wreck that’s just down the road, than they will for a good car up or down country.
