Hi everyone! Bit new to all this forum stuff. Just bought my fourth Saab so thought I should get involved! Especially as it's unseen from eBay!!!!! Oops! :lol:

Second 900 for me, the last one (8v turbo) blew it's head gasket and was lost in strange circumstances :cry:

. New one is 16v 900 turbo convertible, should I have stuck with my 9000? Is this a mid-life crisis?!! HELP!!

So look out for me asking daft questions in the future, I'm not blonde-honest!! Byee for now! Len. x

have you owned all those Saabs concurrently or have they been one after the other? It seems many can't own just one...... :bag:

As for whether you'll wished you kept the 9k, it will depend on the driving you do - lots of motroway...maybe, town and country, the c900 rules all the way

Aye, summat like that! The 9000 is sad, battered and tatty. Still the most reliable thing I have ever owned-and I only got it for the gearbox! This is the first time I'll have two working saabs together (as opposed to one runner and a donor). Oooh! Spoilt for choice-can't wait!! Sunshine, top down, wind in my hair, bits in my eyes!!!

The initials are unintentional. Didn't even occur to me! Could have done with a 9000 breaker a couple of weeks ago, when some numpty broke my headlight

. Got a new lens eventually, right pig to fit, someone had replaced the bolt on the inside of the unit with an inferior one-had to hacksaw the bloody thing off! Nearly breaking a nail in the process :lol:

Should have got a bloke to do it but they've got no patience-tee hee :wink:
