Hi All,
Desperate for help, as strong knocking suddenly started on my much loved 2010 Saab 95NG 2.0TTID Aero. Pulled over and called AA who said it was likely crank shaft failure. It was towed to garage (Beechwood Saab, Derby) and they have said it needs new engine.
HELP! Does anyone know where I can find a replacement engine?

Any support greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Nick

Probably the most likely place in in an old Insignia.

Of maybe the NeoBrother lads have an old one.

Thank you for reply, I've contacted Neobrothers and they don't have one unfortunately. They contacted couple of other places to try and help, but no luck.
I've seen an Insignia A20DTR engine on eBay, but it does look different to mine and few have identified Saab made some changes to the Insignia one. I'm definitely keeping it as an option though.
Thanks

Hopefully the block and head are the same. Everything else can then be swapped on fairly easily.
