Yep, you're right. This was on Car and Classic about 2 weeks ago approximately 2k cheaper. This person bought it, took some photos and bumped the price up for resale.

Not sure, had a look and last V5 was issued in 2012.

If they are a trader would that generate a new V5C?

No, if sold into trade a new V5C is issued when the new keepers details are forwarded to DVLA.
It’s noted on the database that it’s in trade if the last keeper notifies DVLA of the sale online or with the yellow slip.

I'm sure. He posted photos of it (the ones used in this ad) on his Instagram soon after he got it. I chatted to him in the comments and confirmed it was the same car. He's since deleted the post.

If you look at his other items for sale I'd say that's almost certainly the case.

I have asked him and he said the car a few weeks ago was 5350.
