The 54 plate is a facelift has a lot gone already but has 4 good doors, 2 with good internal cards (leather look). Dark grey metallic (will get colour code if any interest)

The 2000/Mk1 is almost complete, Silver Metallic, cloth interior, seats not heated. Wood effect dash, leather wheel.

Lots of clips bits, screws, trim, matts, etc. etc.

I'd rather give things away than simply weigh in the whole lot.

They're going next week, so be quick.

PM me if you want anything (if I'm home, I may be able to take off/post at cost, so do ask).

The Silver/Cloth Complete Veh has Body Colour 268, Trim K03.

Finally back at base so if any other bits wanted or photos of what's there, PM me.

Unless there's a compelling plea for something, they will be going early next week.

Been there, got goodies (Cheers Hal!)

He is a good chap that knows things I don't!

I just hope that I can find all the clips when I re-fit the bits.

Hoovered the fronts seats just. Got to clean them during the week.

Hal is a top chap. If you need stuff, FOC, he is a man of his word.

Good Lad Hal. It was good to meet you today!

Great to meet you Si and very happy you were able to make use of the seats.

Thanks for your kind words too, I'm by no means an expert (or anywhere close) but I do have some experience of these lovely old cars!

Both vehs will be going this week so if there's anything anyone else wants shout quickly!

Hi Hal, have you got a pair of AS2 (Pioneer) front door speakers? Condition not a concern, just need the plastic mounts from them. Would need them posting too if thats ok.

Just pulled the speaker covers out of the car and yes the speakers were Pioneer!

I'll only post the covers due to the weight (these speakers may just be useful for my Ducato).

Royal Mail Second Class Post, Small Parcel is £3.00 and it's 72p to have stuff picked up by them (I live in the cuds and it's a complete PITA to get to the Post Office).

PM me your details and I'll respond with my PayPal info.

Most welcome!

The 2000 is going on Monday and as I've agreed a price, I'm not taking anything else off.

The 54 is right down to the shell now, but I have a box of screws and clips, trim pieces, good grey carpets, etc. The big stuff is going on Monday too, but will hold on to any items as long as I know before it's collected.

Hal,

LONGSHOT>

can I be cheeky and ask you to have a look at the big back rest bit of the back seat please? Take some pics of the tailgate side with/without the carpet..

Not for me, for another chap on here. He needs some bits that I have got. I probably don't have the right backrest. You might have the right bit...

Can you believe that Saab made three different versions of the back rest?....

I will ask him to have a look at the pics, if you have the right bit, I'll nip up and collect it on Sunday.

Cheers!

Will do Si, I'll check in the morning. I'll also dig through everything in there and see if I can find the missing seat mount cover you mentioned.

I've just replied to Doug's PM so he knows I'm looking.

Hi

Sorry only just seen your post. Would you happen to still have the tailgate lock and or the striking plate from the 54 estate. Thanks.

Lock? Latch mechanism, motor or handle bit?

Stricker plate? On the car body you mean?

Answer is probably yes but motor and latch may already be on Ebay...

However, let me know exactly what you want.

Okay

Latch as per my post here - it's the last picture

viewtopic.php?f=9&t=206572

And yes the striker plate is the part which is bolted to floor in tailgate area and is what the latch connects to.
