Hy guys

I'm looking for a place to buy new body panels for my 9000 cse project.
Who on uksaabs forum can have some knowledge about the 9000 bodywork?
Best regards
Artur

There are a couple of venders in Sweden selling a limited selection of body parts in glass fibre, otherwise you need to find used parts.

Are you looking for a particular part of set of parts?

There are people breaking 9000's all the time and most stuff appears on eBay, I kept an eye open for a about a year and picked up a couple of decent wings. Mind you most cars being scrapped don't have decent wings and they are becoming fairly scarce now and the prices have risen.

I picked one up from this place at a reasonable price, they service and break cars, East Coast Road Motors, Phil Smith, The Pumphouse, East Coast Road, Sheffield, S9 3YD, 0114 2443440.

Does anybody before tried fiat tempra panels?
Saab and fiat shares the same project.
I know that only few panels was the same but maybe the difference are only minor and same of the fiat panels can be adopted. They still available in new conditions .
Best regards

The Fiat Croma shares it's platform with the 9000, but the front end styling is somewhat different - not sure if the inner wing structures will be similar, but I wouldn't expect so.

You could probably graft an entire Croma front end onto a 9000, now that would be a talking point.

I used this company a few years ago for c900 repair panels. They were good to deal with but the delivery took several weeks as the stuff comes in batches from Denmark I think. Also, I would imagine they don't sell many Saab panels so they might still be listing stock that is no longer available at the supplier.

Yes, of course its croma not tempra.
I mixed it up. Silly me.
BillJ already told me that some fiat enthusiast was looking for interchangeable parts with saab with no luck.
Thanks again.

I got some of the fibreglass wings last year. They are super thin making them very flexible.
Also the gel coat cracked and crazed within 4 months. They are utter rubbish.

I understood the glass fibre wings were intended for motorsport rather than for use as standard replacements.
