UKSaabs General Terms & Conditions of use

By accessing “UKSaabs” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “UKSaabs”, “http://www.uksaabs.co.uk/UKS”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then you may not access and/or use “UKSaabs”. We may change these T&Cs at any time and whilst we will do our utmost to inform you it would be prudent for you to review the T&Cs regularly, as your continued usage of “UKSaabs” means you continue to agree to be legally bound by these terms, including any updates and/or amendments.

UKS is a family oriented, non-swear word, and UK Party Politics free site. You agree not to post any words, phrases, or pictures that subvert the nature of the site (including those that are abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, politically/religiously motivated, threatening, or sexually-orientated), or to post any other material that may violate any laws (be it those of your country, the country where “UKSaabs” is hosted, or International Law).

Advertising, whether implicit (as judged by us- i.e. "what's it worth") or explicit, is not permitted in the open forum. A dedicated "Classified Adverts" section has been provided, for the use of members for selling, wanted ads or to give away vehicles, equipment, or services. Please see the separate "Classified Adverts" section for specific T&Cs relating to the section- use of this section of the forum is dependant upon compliance with them. The exception to the above rule is that it is permissible to state in a single post within a pre-existing active "Your Cars" or "Major Projects" thread, that the subject car is for sale (on the condition that the car is offered for sale within the Classifieds section of the Forum). We will then lock the given "Your Cars" or "Major projects" thread, to allow negotiations to continue in the "for sale" thread/by PM.

All members posting as a representative of any form of trading entity (as judged by site Admin) must register with UKSaabs as a "Registered Trader". Registration is free at this time. Trader status carries with it additional T&Cs of use of the site, which are available on request.

Multiple accounts are not permitted - with the exception of users who wish to act on the forum both in a professional and a personal capacity (i.e. a personal account and a trade account). This arrangement is by specific consent only - please speak to a member of the moderator team if you wish to explore the conditions of such an arrangement.

You agree that “UKSaabs” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic (or any part of any topic) at any time should we see fit.

Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions of use, or to accept the site Moderation/Administration team's interpretation of them, may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us). The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “UKSaabs” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Our forums are powered by phpBB (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”, “phpBB software”, “www.phpbb.com”, “phpBB Group”, “phpBB Teams”) which is a bulletin board solution released under the “General Public License” (hereinafter “GPL”) and can be downloaded from http://www.phpbb.com" .
