Hello, for sale is our 900 SE. It is a 1991 model. its currently MOT'd and insured and was used last week for a few trips and also a long trip from Notts to Liverpool in July. All without issue.

While it is MOT'd it has lots of rust and has had two lots of welding for MOTs in our ownership. the front wings have rust and have been repaired rather poorly in the past, door bottoms have some rust on the inside and there is rust elsewhere throughout the car. rear windows are slow and stick but front have been mostly fine. Seats are leather front have some stitching undone but rear seems fine. There are many issues with the 900, water leak which pools in the rear floor, and front seats wet, sunroof stuck recently and I dont think it has seated so water has made front seat wet, slight leak on PAS, slight leak somewhere from coolant system so I top it up occasionally though I havent got through half of a 5l coolant can. Rear carpet is not present and the centre console is out but present. This is because in preparation for the welding it had for its last MOT I stripped it back to just the two front seats. I havent fitted the metal door trims as I had been keeping things off in case I needed to have a look for leaks. I can see some spitting from the turbo area when its cold and could be a reason for the slight loss. That being said it has actually been running well and always starts even after 3 weeks of no use. replacing the coolant sensor betweeen 2 and 3 cylinders cured a warm start issue when we first got it. Theres a slow puncture on front passenger side. Otherwise the tyres have lots of tread on them. headlining is mouldy in places and sags and the leak has wet it.

We have replaced the headlamp reflectors with the ones that Saabits sell, replaced the alternator mount and belts as well as its earthing strap, had a new rear half of the exhaust around a year and half ago. Having looked through the bits of history we have, I believe one of the previous owner a few thousand miles ago had the clutch replaced and during its time of ownership in the North West did have some money spent on it. There is one key for the door and one for the ignition, they are on differnt ones. the ignition will work without using the actual key too. We have had two lots of welding done to it

I know I havent painted a good picture of the Saab it has many things that need attention and have just said it as it is. There will be other bits of work that have been done and other issues that I havent listed. It can be driven away though there is a clunk from the front that my wife had just mentioned on her last trip. I havent driven it yet to explore but will update the listing when I have. We keep it outside and its not fit and proper for it, it needs a roof over it.

Any questions please ask and some more photos to follow. The one taken from a distance is from June. No longer has the roof rack on. Price is firm.
