Next question for the 9-3 Coupe, has anyone found a decent set of replacement speakers that utilise the existing factory spacers and covers please.

Really don't want to change the interior at all, so just looking a great sound within those constraints.

Thanks all.

In the doors they are 5in IIRC, but you'll need to remove some location tabs from the frame.

Not sure on the size of the other speakers.

Front doors are 6.5". You can custom squeeze 7" woofers in. Unless you can find the genuine saab mounting brackets, you are best off making your own as the aftermarket ones don't actually fit. (I found that out the hard way)

The dash speakers are 3.5".

The rear speakers on a coupe/5 door are 6x9" located either side of the parcel shelf. Convertibles have 5.25" rear speakers.

6x9s in rear are the best cheap upgrade.

3.5" in dash, and your car may / may not have 6.5" speakers behind the front door grilles depending on if it had the audio upgrade (which also included an amp).
