How unlucky can I get? After letting you all know I can't make it as back was still out.
About to hours later disc went in so just my little friend luke james to come remap my car to take in hybrid and injectors so while testing around 5 pm I blow one of the cheep! 90 Degree silacon pip burst and as it was 2&1/4 into 2 inch could find one so couldn't make saterday after all.
now that's Austin Allegro luck.
but shame some of you didn't get what you wanted but any one near Enfield! There is a company called red dot racing who have a dino and when mine is fixed I'll be booking mine and Chris's in for a run.
if anyone going to sort there cars out and want to try again on a dino let me know and I'll get a price Monday and let you know

I got 204... Was expecting closer to 250 with the remap!

Do I get the prize for most significant difference of BHP to what they expected

Are the above - at the wheels figures, or flywheel calculated?

Flywheel calculated, they didn't give the ATW numbers.

1. Mr Ben - 9-5 Aero stage 3- 277bhp & 326lb ft (expected more)
2. WildCards - DE 9-5 Aero St3 - 268bhp & 314lbft (Expected 290ish)[/quote]
3. jmurphy3001 - FPT OG9-3 St 1 - 204bhp (expected 250)
4. Simonty - LPT OG9-3 St 3 - 230bhp & 240lbft (expected 250+ but leaking boost from multiple hoses due to bodging)

I took a few pics and videos, I'll get some on here thouh I missed two of the most impressive cars as I didn't have my camera on me early enough.

It was really cool to meet people, put names to a few faces, see at least one Saab make some great power (we know who's that was!) and listen to the ear-candy 5 cylinder Volvos!! For me my result was disappointing but at least I have an obvious reason. The boost was peeing out of every orifice in my badly fitted DIY large intercooler setup. I've sorted at least 3 leaks so far and now I'm down to a faint tight-lipped raspy toot sort of a leak.

Thanks for organising this Ben.. and for lending me tools on the day!!!

Simon

A few more. I actually didn't take many pics and sadly missed several really nice cars like the Viggen, which was utterly stunning and just how I wish my car looked :envy:

I don't know how many of you are also based Surrey way, perhaps just one or two. But FWIW I will be going for a power run somewhere like Surrey Rolling Road soon. Looks like just £40 for a run. Obviously this is after I'm completely leak-free..
