According to my recently acquired OBD2 reader and Torque Pro app my stage 1 9-3ss aero (2007) seems to boost to 20psi for a second or so at full throttle before dropping back to what I assume is a more normal 16psi. Is this normal behaviour? I'm aware that boost is variable to achieve a certain air mass but wasn't expecting 20psi.

I'm not particularly familiar with Torque Pro, being more used to open SID on my old 9-5, so not sure if it needs calibrating or the like?

I can also hear an induction roar/rasp which seems to coincide with this spike, could this be related?
