Just passed MoT today but now the release bearing (I think it is) is starting to get angry... Was ok-ish before taking it, tester trying to start it in gear didn't help (this seems to be getting more and more common now Saab's are disappearing) and no idea what else he was doing but anyway it has been grumbling for years to be honest and it's starting to not rattle but not far off it so time to do something.

The clutch it self is fine, smooth, good bite and a good height so no worries there, gear selection is fine, sometimes it'll want to crunch into revers but very careful shifting stops this, wondering if almost slammed it into revers or whether it's just all co-incidence

EDIT:

Think the MoT tester has done something more serious, it seems to be for want of better words to have an irregular rattle when moving and in gear with the clutch down (coasting) or up and stationary with the pedal up but stops when put into neutral and moving and when stationary with the pedal down, what on earth does this mean?? :(
