You don't see one of those every day in these parts.

Sadly, not the Bird of Prey variant (that would be a money moment), but the Boeing V-22 Osprey. 8) Now the second rarest Osprey around Hull.

I don't think I've seen one of these before, either on the ground or in-flight? This was rotors fore and progressing quite quickly in a south-westerly direction. It also didn't show on Flightradar24, although I have seen Army Apache's pinged/tracked on there?

Seen one briefly at the back of us. If you want a better chance of tracking military aircraft try ADS-B Exchange or Radar 360.

Quite common over north Norfolk along with the Pave Hawk helicopters, it gets very noisy here sometimes.

It'll be good to catch up with you both. It's been way too long!! Is Toriâh coming along in that odd SQUARE box of hers? You really need to take her to task on that one...

We see the odd one in my neck of the woods now and again, but I tend to see more of them when I'm travelling around the Fens and Suffolk & Norfolk.

Noted quite a few around STANTA recently.

We get quite a few of these over/around.

Often seen landing/taking off from the Stanta training battle area in the Brecklands / Thetford / Watton area.

Currently there is an alert out to locals for additional flying/training
"The activity will take place over three days, from Wednesday, July 21, to Friday, July 23, and is expected to continue late into each evening". Although I think this is for Apache's
