Hello everyone, do you think the head of the 9000 turbo 2300, if installed on the 2000 turbo, increases the power?

Im pretty sure the heads are the same for the 2 and 2.3 engines, only difference is the 2.3 has different rods and pistons

Don't know about later engines (post 1994), but older ones.

Head Displacement:
When swapping heads around, it's important to note that the shape & dimensions of the combustion chamber isn't the same.

B201 48CC
B202 (MY1985 only) - 42CC
B202 46CC
B212/B234 (essentially the same head) - 48CC

With that information, you'll see that putting a B212 or B234 head on your B202 motor will drop the compression ratio, and putting a 1985 B202 head on any later car will substantially increase it.

I think the B205/B235 engines are the same, as post '94 B204/B206/B234

Heads are identical. No differences.

Only differences is the Con Rods, Pistons, Crank. And depending on Specs, the Injectors & Turbo.
