Just picked up my front wings after repairs and finally spraying back into black. Inside has been sprayed with stone chip as he had been given a sample.
They are now so shiny I am not sure I want to put them back on the car. I will post some pictures when i can. New battery ordered so soon be ready for MOT just in time to store for the winter.

do look nice all super shiny
do your indicators look nice or new paint will make em look worse they look much better after a wet and dry and polish up worth doing

worse job ive done was wet and dry 2 x black mk3 capris with x pack arches so lots of corners creases and lots of area lots of work
the week after i rubbed down a scania truck cab much easier than the capris for sure
i nearly started working at a place that did truck graphics and paint jobs never happened though
them boys who do bodywork all day and work hard boy they work hard

Front wing picture. Now just to replace all the plastic ferrels etc and carefully re-fit. The areas these tend to go is due to road dirt trapped between the wheel arch liners and the trim fixings so going to see if i can come up with a satisfactory seal. Te side repeaters are smoked grey so no need to polish :D

Finally got around to re-fitting the wings today after refixing/renewing all parts, clips and ferrels. Few more fixings to do and then re-fit the bumper and sort out a fresh MOT. Pics to follow. the bodywork when polished matches the newly sprayed parts surprisingly well.

Painted wings do look lovely so could i ask what sort of paint they used and how does it match up with the rest of the car.Worked with some one a very long time ago sprayed their car with aerosol sprays i think it looked quite good.
Though so long ago i can't rememder:)
It was a Fiat 127 if i remember.

I'll check the paint type ( i did request two part epoxy paint) but I gave the body shop the original Saab paint code and the colour match is spot on - just need to polish the rest of the car now
