i'd been planning to do similar to my 9000 but never got around to it before getting rid.

Looks good.

Does it go back under the rear axle? My crazy idea was to fit travel limit straps to the axle and have the tray going underneath the axle and fuel tank, to give a smooth surface all the way back to the engine. Can't tray under the bottom of the engine as thats how the radiator air gets out. Would need big bonnet vents to go for fully smooth underside.

Thanks everyone for your kind comments, must admit though I was a little nervous about making this public.

Dave, The Diffuser extends to just shy of the rear anti-roll bar. I'll take some pics when i'm next underneath the car.

Henk, found a place over in Essex that makes them for Jap cars. He did look at me rather oddly when I told him it was for a Saab

Paul, sorry dude. Need a hand lol

I might have to ask you to make another one
As long as it fits a flat front 9000 Carlsson

I've tweaked the position and moved the diffuser forward a smidge so that the front leading edge sits nicely under the front of the rear anti-roll bar. Now all that's left is fill in the small gaps around the diffuser to eliminate any unwanted turbulence and ensure a good air seal.

While up on the ramps having its mot, I cheekily snapped these pics when the tester wasn't looking....
