Well,
I sold something on ebay and the buyer hadn't paid after 11 days.
So I cancelled the order, I said 'buyer changed their mind'
A little while after that the buyer decided to pay.
Now they asking me why I cancelled the order.
I told them I cancelled the order due to the fact that they hadn't paid for 11 days and also the fact that they are registered in China but had a London address.
Now I need to send it (I think)
Need to cancel the cancellation as otherwise they will get a refund and get the item as well.
Any ideas how to sort it out would be great, thanks.

If you have cancelled the sale and returned the buyers money there is nothing more ebay can do. You probably wont get your fees back unless you registered a non paying bidder on the sale before they paid up. Dont think the buyer will be able to leave feedback though.

Whatever you do, dont send the item because you will then lose out.

The buyers money hasn't been returned yet.
It says that he has 10 days to respond.
Can I ask him to cancel it?

Just return it now, leaves them with no options to complain. Assume they used Paypal or similar to pay and it was paid through eBay?

Once they have their money back, you have whatever it is so it will be status quo. As it is, you have cancelled the sale but kept their money leaving you with 'stolen' money effectively.

Smells like a scam to me. Just send the money back.

I did try to cancel it now but it said that I have to wait 10 days for the buyer to confirm.
They have got 4,900 positive feedback.
I understand not to send it until it's sorted, hence the question.
They can receive the item and then cancel the transaction and get the item for nothing.
They seemed fair enough in the messages and said sorry for taking so long to pay.

Let the cancellation take place, Relist it as a buy it now at the price they accepted. Tell them that the system does not allow you to cancel a cancellation but you have relisted it just for them to accept.

Get in touch with eBay, they're very helpful.

This is what is happening now.
They did seem genuine enough, like I said they said sorry for not paying after so long.
Said that they put the bid in and didn't realise that they had won it.

Thanks for the help to all that replied.

I knew this was going to be trouble.

I have checked on parcel 2 go and it says that the parcel was delivered and signed for at 12:38pm
Have just got a message from buyer asking > 'when you send the parcel can I have the tracking number'

I replied saying it's been delivered and signed for and all I got back was 'can I have the tracking number'

How do I link the parcel 2 go tracking number to ebay?
I tried and it said 'invalid tracking number'

Can see all the tracking on my computer screen, but how do I get them to see it?
Stressed, thanks.

You need to upload the courier's tracking number, not the P2G number, you can find it through the P2G website or P2G's order confirmation email.

I found the tracking number for Hermes on the parcel 2 go website.
Copied it, pasted it and said Hermes was the courier on ebay.
Clicked it afterwards and said > invalid tracking number.
I am looking at all the tracking information on my screen.

Have you checked the tracking number on the Herpes website? Perhaps you included a space before or after the number when you copied it?

Can I do a screen shot and send that as an image?
How do I do that?
prt sc?
Not working.
Thanks bud, I can even see the signature.
Can see the whole parcel details since it was picked up.

It is a p2g number.
Probably as it was booked through parcel 2 go.

As suggested earlier, the quickest way to a solution is to chat or phone eBay's help centre.

Ok great, well I sorted the other issue out and now the buyer has created a new issue.
I just need to prove that it has been sent, even though it's been delivered and signed for.
I knew there would be trouble after no contact from buyer 11 days after the item had been won.
Carried on giving them the benefit of the doubt.
I re listed it as a buy it now as that's what they wanted.

Suppose I have been lucky, the first bad buyer that have dealt with.
