When you want more power, you can get a little more, but 300hp is about as much as the hardware will take. Perhaps a touch more. But apart from the remap you should be looking at a few bits of stuff to keep the temperatures down.
A 3 inch down pipe and sport cat will improve spool up time. But a bigger intercooler wouldn't go amiss.
My Hirsch upgrade is very conservative. Hirsch are the official Saab in-house tuner. They have all their stuff approved for fitting to new unregistered cars, so they have to comply with emissions standards etc. But I have 300hp. Guaranteed for 24 hrs/day in any part of the world.
Remap. Intercooler. exhaust and downpipe. Sport cat. 3.5 bar fuel pressure. Bigger airbox and filter.
In the UK you may not get the chance to do the speed at full throttle for any sustained period, so the temperatures may not rise too far before you back off, or the engine control backs off for you!!

But bigger brakes, and 18 inch wheels to go over them, will also help. I found the Aero brakes, although bigger than standard, were not really up to it. especially when driving fully loaded over the Alps!!
I also have the Hirsch suspension, which is nice!! Hirsch stuff is expensive, probably due to the need for all the approvals.
