It's been like that all over the West Country recently. Over the last couple of weekends I've cut almost a foot of grass off the garden and it was only done a few weeks before.
No drought here now, although we were officially in drought for a few weeks.

Had a great day yesterday, met some nice people, enjoyed seeing lots of gooduns, whether pristine or just mechanically good enough for the road, Important thing was, they were there.
Best bit for me, when I asked my lad which his favourite car was, he replied "it was the orange one dad, looked a bit Ferrari-ish." that was a lovely looking Sonnet.

And, a rather nice home built cabrio, known to many I'm sure, but seen for the first time by me yesterday.

A few more photos taken, but not sorted yet due to card reader failing, and wasting loads of time last night trying to sort new drivers to download direct from camera, Canon not massive fans of updating drivers for W7, will post a few more later.

The weather must have been good for the Topless 96 to come out. Stunning car that one is. Shame I missed it but just couldnt justify the fuel cost at the moment.

That's one of the GWS cars, owned by Howard, a true car 'nut', next to Praires white 99 and Zaphods 13k 96.

You must have followed me in! :) Next year we must all get some ID badges.

Nothing wrong with your car! I used to be keen on keeping cars really tidy, but on Saturday I got mine washed by the boys in the handwash at the end of the road. :) Otherwise it would have looked just like it did after 3000 miles around France the week before, and the picture would not have been as shiny. :)

I think my first post was a bit unclear. I was trying too hard to be amusing, and it didn't come across as I intended!!

Bryan, it was a present from my family many years ago. I'm beginning to realise the advantages in my old age. I will never have to remember a new number again. This is the fourth car that plate has been on since 1995!
