Don't get me wrong, guys, I have no idea if it's the right car! I just copied the only non-wessy 9-3 with a big IC from the silverstone thread! :)

Yep thats the one - not subtle i know - have got some carbon fibre coming to finish the ducting to the intercooler. Thanks for the comments guys it is getting there & have a load of parts sat here still awaiting fitment.

Including
ENEM 264 degree cams
3 bar map sensor
Siemens Deks 630cc injectors (coming soon on the groupbuy)
drilled & grooved rear disks & redstuff pads
K&N breather filter
Leather gear gaitor & new gearknob
Touring car sunstrip
more silicone hoses

Wheels are BK166 for anyone interested.

Thanks to the observer for the pics :D Was good to meet & chat.

When we fitted the intercooler we also removed the non-working aircon rad matrix & reservoir bit from behind the grill & the headlamp wash/wipe as I never liked it & a bit of weight loss & all that.

Anyway - parts fitted recently

changed the exhaust to an Abbott 3" stainless system because the JT was blowing - custom connection pipe to fit my sportcat.
Fitted the uprated EVO intercooler 4" thick & rated to 650bhp  in the subtle location as per the pic above.
Fitted an oil catch can (anodised blue)
Fitted some silicone hoses (blue)

Well have just fitted the K&N oil breather filter.

Also you know what they say about the smallest jobs taking the most time - also fitted my new leather gear gaitor & Richbrook gear knob :wall:

Had to take some off the gear shaft & slightly drill out the hole in the gearknob itself before it would slide on :argh: All in all about 90mins to change the two.

As before pics to come.

Have just won a fleabay auction for a 1/2 leather interior in black - think that will lift the interior quite nicely :D

The o.e. breather pipe - left hand rear of engine cam cover - instead of it going back into the air inlet piping to the Turbo, just rerouted it round the other side with some new hose.

Have fitted the black/grey 1/2 leather interior & it looks amazing - well impressed with it only took around 2 hours to change the seats & doorcards. Really need some grey plastics for the pillars & sill covers now though.....
