Afternoon All,

I'm after a pulley bracket for a B234 part number 7593049.

Does anyone have one please?

Thanks as always

I have multiples of all the cast engine brackets - is that the one that the alternator and PAS pump attach to?

I'm not sure - it's the pulley at the back if that helps. The pulley does not sit between the metal arms, rather it is attached to the "outside" ie the belt can be slipped onto it, rather than be enclosed by it.

Are yours new or salvaged?

Thanks

Ok - yes, that's the one that the alternator is mounted to. Bracket would be used, yes, not been available new for quite some years.
I can try and find one with a good pulley but I'd advise fitting a new one, they are about £20 from memory.

Thanks,

There seems to be a crowd in Germany that seems to have a new one.

I know what you mean about new pulleys and belts - they are the cheap bit if you aren't doing it yourself

I'll have a think tonight if that's ok

Of course, I shouldn't be so vulgar as to ask how much you need for it....
