I hope so bud - got a lot to do in terms of fitting it etc - but I'm going to take my time, get the right bits and do it properly - got a huge shopping list of bits that I'm going to need and I've just started to pick them off one by one! - Hopefully I won't run out of cash! :D

Kev better pull his socks up

Looks similar to what I've just bought mate except Ive got a sneaky feeling mines a 0.64 gt2876r....need to check the part numbers, might be a 0.64 gt30xxr instead though! Kinda hoping it's the 28 then it's going on ASAP!

Just read through all the thread, looks a really nicely modded car mate. Who did the cam cover for you? Looks ace all polished :envy:

Cheers Dai - thanks for your kind words bud!

This is a GT3076RWG, internal WG, 4" Comp Housing and 0.86 Turbine Housing. How its going to perform is going to be great fun finding out, but I've loads to do before it goes on, so its just a question of saving the pennies and buying the bits as I go, but I'll get there eventually.

I need to think about Brakes and a Clutch as well as they're going to need to be fettled at some point soon - so more :cen: expense!

My Rocker Cover and Heat Shield were polished at E.A.E. Metal Polishers in Oldham - I'm having an Engine Top Mount done as well - just to finish it all off.

Gonna be an interesting journey over the next few months this!

So finally down to Neo's to collect my Turbo - had a great day out as always with Ade and Os and thanks of course to Nick, Andy, Demos, Nicholas, Elysha and everyone else at Neo's for making us feel so welcome - its always a great laugh!

So here it is - I wasn't sure how it compared to my TD04 - until I put them next to each other - see if you can spot the difference? - I tried - but I just can't see it myself! :argh: :wall:

One things for sure - we're gonna have some fun fitting it!

Could do - I've got a few options in the offing, so just a question of whats best really! - hopefully it'll be sorted this week - the Inlet pipe that is - not the fitting - thats going to be a little longer! :corn:

Don't worry bud - its all in hand - just getting organised atm - researching everything and only a few more things to sort out - then we'll get it all together and go from there.

Oil and Water lines are sorted already.

So a little update.

Ordered a 15mm Manifold Spacer today and am currently organising Oil and Water lines, Cold Air intake pipe and Manifold. Theres a few bits and bobs that need to be taken into account but all in all progress is slowly being made - next up is to fabricate a support system for the Turbo itself and a few sound ideas are forming!

Don't forget using a manifold spacer you'll need longer 8mm studs to secure the manifold in place. I ended up making some from stainless bar. Also what intake pipe have you ordered mike? I ended up putting a cone filter and cold air feed down buy the fog light as I couldn't go the normal route due to space restrictions.

Not sure what space is like on the 9-5 but this is the intake we did for the same turbo on a 9-3....

I'm still baffled by how you did that mart. Did you cut some of the compressor intake off or summat?
