Please can someone advise - why they are still there from yesterday ?

is it my set up or the uksaabs system

never had a problem before.

They are normally in your outbox until the recipient reads them.

The above is correct.

Another possibility (based on personal experience!) is your sent items folder is full. You will need to clear it out to resolve the problem.

didnt realise it stays in outbox until the recipient reads them.

my in and sent box are empty enough - but the recipients may not be?

Got the same problem, very annoying as have pmed sellers about items and not heard back, then realised the mail never got through.

How would I know if my sent items folder is full?

I have got several mails in my outbox, one from a couple of months ago and one from last year - but one I sent last week got through, so certainly not all due to a full sent folder...

150 should be the max in each box. When you go into the mailbox list it tells you how many at the top of the page.

The sent box automatically deletes the oldest messages, so that will not be a problem. If the recipients inbox is full, it will tell them, so they can delete something to make room.

The only reason a message will stay in your outbox is that the recipient has not opened it, for whatever reason, either they have not logged on or the don't want to read your message!
