All

Due to the complete incompetence of our hosts for UKSaabs for the last 10 years, we have been backed into a corner and need to move UKS to a new host.

Negotiations are under way, and the move will probably happen within the next week or so. How much disruption we will experience is not yet clear, and other changes may be forced on us due to the age of the forum software, but I will post again as and when all becomes clearer.

Please be patient if it all goes wrong.....

Yep, good luck.

Backup and Security first!

Migrate and test

Look to migrating to a 2nd place/copy to play with upgrades scenarios before committing to upgrading the primary

I'll get the anti-withdrawel meds in ready. There are others who should probably do the same.

Will this mean the end of the General Error?

Haven't you got your hands full anyway mate? It's probably come at the best time for you (notwithstanding the TX purchase).

I doff my cap to you folks who work so hard on making such a wonderful Saab resource that is free to all.

Good luck with the transplant

Thanks for all the hard work behind the scenes.

I hope the move goes smoothly and does not cause the team any unwanted grief.

Here's to the future.

Alternatively TFatC and UKS will never be heard of again, only to be seen on the sides of milk cartons.
