Morning all

Picked up my 9-5 last night it doesnt have a CD changer however i can see the spot in the boot where one should or could be?

Just want to know what CD if any will fit straight in ? and will it work with the current stereo?

Cheers Tom

Ok so i need to make sure the CD Changer has been Divorced from its preious owner and then it needs to be programed into mine. Righto

So will the Wiring be there in the boot ready to plug in ?

next question then has anyone got a Divorced CD Changer for a 9-5 ?

Wiring "should" be in the boot. Rumours are around that some cars had it left out. But it may be that it has been tucked out of the way. Early cars left the connector dangling on the floor where it could get wet. If the terminals corrode and short out, it confuses the car's computer bus!

Even if the wire is there you will need a fitting kit which is the mounting bracket and, I believe, a short lenght of wiring to connect from the wires in the car to the CD changer.

Once fitted, it will need to be married by a dealer.
