Hi All

I have just bought a second hand six pack cd radio and its not working. Its got a message on it with the word "Locked" nothing else comes up.

Anyone got an idea how to get it up and running before I send it back.

Thanks

Moved to where this will likely get many more helpful replies.
Can you clarify - what car is this? Is this just the CD changer or the whole setup?

On 9-5's CD Changers need to be divorced from the original car. Then Married to your car. You probably need the VIN stuff from the seller. And a Tech2 chap to do the neccessary....

Not if it is the 6 disc CD head unit that was standard on DE Aero models

The OP's car listed in the side bar under the avatar is a 2007 9-3TiD...

The radio will probably just need "Adding" to the system, but that needs a Saab Tech2 computer. There's a list of people who have them in the sticky post at the top of the workshop section. Otherwise all the Saab approved specialists should have one.
