Turn the over-run fuel cut limiter off or down in the mapping.

Meatfeast has already said how to get pops and bangs from a diesel..........

Yes it does! - I did say that! - I can concur! - but may I add that in the interests of Health and Safety that a Metal Bucket is employed - just in case the aforementioned thinners melts through a plastic one - ergo - reducing the burning time considerably due to - ahem! - 'lost' thinners!

Jeeze, guys, come on...you are joking right?! That would be such a waste...

...thinners isn't cheap, you know!

So Kev...no silencers and also remapped to trim the over-run cut off... I'm giving you 3hrs before you get pulled! Still, it will be a highly entertaining 3 hours! :D

Back in the day I ran a 9000 aero where the downpipe flexi had split. I accidentally delayed the repair a few days as it burbled beautifully as you drove with a light foot and sounded like nothing known to man at full chat or even better on over run!!!!

£5 says it was quieter than Kevs rather fine looking handywork!!

:corn:

You may need to alert the whole of Nottinghamshire prior to your departure and indeed every county that you need to pass thru on your journey Kev! - just so that each county can don ear defenders in readiness for your - ahem! - 'arrival'!

LOL :D

like i say i had a 3" downpipe and a 3" catback with 1 silenser and it wasnt that loud.........

also it technically isnt 3" all the way through, it has a reducer in her, as both downpipe & cat-back were made to fit upto the original exhaust.

which im hoping will make for an even more interesting sound...... and a few more pops and bangs ;)

 i knew it wouldnt take long ! :park:

No flange on you standard system then?? dont forget your new DP is longer than your stock one so intergrates the middle flexi - its the joint after this you need to be good to use your old system

why not buy a 3" straight through silencer and fit it yourself with joiners and clamps? then if it's still too loud take it somewhere for more surgery?

before you do that though, we NEED video evidence
