That dash looks awesome! Always felt the standard plastic let the interior down on those 9-3SS versions, great upgrade.

Thanks, yeah I'm not too happy with parts of the interior. Got a plan and hopefully it's getting resolved shortly :D

Hi Everyone,

This is my newly purchased 93, she's a Vector 2.0 T - I'm new to the Saab world having come from Golf GTI's and Subaru's , I've always wanted a Saab , but just couldn't commit for some reason and has been on my bucket list of cars since a young boy to own, I wasn't up for a convertible and wanted a saloon initially but this one just came up and was a bit taken in by its overall stance and presence

I hope this one doesn’t offend anyone, I'm not a boy racer, this car just came up at the right price and a full serve history - she is lowered on a set of 19's otherwise pretty standard apart from headlight additions and a skirt, I'm the third owner now and have a bunch of history with it.

I'm really hoping to get on top of the body work, there is a tiny bit of rust on the rear arch and a bit on the hood cover, which I will sort

I've wet and dry sanded the headlights this week end as they were clouded and detailed using rubbing compound will do again as its come up very well,.

The car has two main faults, a nearside squeak from the suspension and an airbag warning light that needs resolving,
Both and boot gas struts are dead and resisting movement

Very happy with her, I've was told by the previous owner she's a 175bhp model, all comments and feedback welcome

Olly

Thanks.

The Turbo X is for weekends. I want to keep it as we can no longer get Saabs and don't want to pile on the mileage.

We stopped off at a park yesterday and it seemed a nice spot for a few random pics. Only on Camera phone - but some I like :)

What's the weird thing at the bottom of the doors above the sill?

My eyes are drawn to it in almost every photo

Do you think it could be colour coded?

Would be perfect but for that I think

Good work!

Scored a rust free hood and had it resprayed:

Also had the hatch resprayed and installed my whaletail which had been lying around for three years (due to bad paint on the hatch :P )
