Morning all!

I used to be a member when i had a V reg convertible a few years back. I sold that on, a while back now, but dead excited because i've bought another one!

Saturday i'll be picking up an '04 9-3 Convertible 2.0t Vector in metallic grey :D

As I say, its been a few years, so can anyone advise of anything particular to keep my on?

Thank you :D

Very nice.... I think we get a convertible next year when Martins company car goes back, we'll still keep the 9-3 Estate as its a really handy old motor

Thanks for the welcome folks!

What can I say? Love love love my new car! It was snowing here this weekend so didn't get out in it as much as i'd like, but hopefully better weather is on its way!

the Only problem I have found is this; The Radio works perfectly, but the CD player (6 CD changer i believe) doesn't work - i try to put a CD in and it does nothing, doesn't 'grab' the disc or anything. if i press eject, it just says no disc available. the little light on the front is permanently green, too. Is this a case of a replaced head unit that hasn't been 'divorced'? and if so, is there a workaround? Any help would be appreciated!

The CD players are notoriously unreliable. You may find it will work if the weather improves. Strangely they begin to show signs of failure on cold days. Then get worse as time passes.

Nice looking car.

My old 9.3 was that colour. Just picked myself a blue one up last week.

There's a Saab place in Sheffield who has a 6 CD changer (in dash) for sale at the moment. He did have two but they other one is sitting in my car at the moment

Hi Steve,

It's Attercliffe Sheffield.

It's a family business and run by Phil now his dad's retired. Really nice bloke and goes through any length to help you out.

Just been there yesterday to have a spare key programmed and the Cd changer added.

Phil Smith, East Coast Rd, Sheffield S9 3YD

No proper pictures of mine yet bar one from when I got it last week.

You're welcome.

You can always pop round here to show your new beast as I'm halfway between Chesterfield and Sheffield.

Whenever, I'm always here during the week. Usually we're out with the kids over the weekend.

Would be nice to have a look at your new car.

welcome in! You'll notice a lovely handling improvement between the V reg vert you had and this one!
