One thing that's easy to get mixed up on the wiring is injector no 4 with another plug as they are the same and in almost the same place.

Any chance you would be interested in making another? If so how much ? Take it you don't have to modify the prop with this adapter ?
Thanks Jon

Okay let me know think 15mm is the thinnest It can go because of the size of the bolt heads unless you want to go with countersunk screws

OR this more generic diagram?

not sure if an OBD2 port is necessary but it might be helpful to you in diagnosing engine issues or getting data from the car.

Hi new to the page here.
Great build thread! Was going to be cheeky and see if you would be willing on shining a little light for me. I'm also doing the b204 in a mk2, and a little unsure on sump ideas! I've seen a few now white scrolling the net some not so pretty! Looks like you've done a nice job on yours! Any chance you'd have any drawings or anything like that? Many thanks

Hope these help
If you look at the rectangle block on the front of the sump it's been machined out to match the hole in the block and to suit the original oil pick up pipe which I had to shorten acts like a 90° elbow
Also the Saab sump doesn't have a gasket so I made one to compensate for any distortion caused by the welding

Forgot to mention that you'll need to make a plug to blank the hole the original dipstick hole which is behind the engine mount plate
