Hello All,
Just wanted to say a quick hello. I'm Scott midlands based.
Have recently acquired a 2006 Saab 2.3 Aero HOT. The dame Edna version...

Black, cream leather. Dodgy sat nav etc.

After a long love affair with Alfa's (147, 156 V6 and a 166) I've popped over for the need for swede!

Dad also recently bought a 2002 Saab 93 rag top, 2.0t lpt. That's been LPG'd and recently noobed stage one.
So I'll get him to sign up to here.

Great site. Loads of info and loads of tuning advice should we need it.
Although I am quite happy with the Aero I might stage 1 it at some time to up the torque. But generally It's got more than enough power for me.

Hope everyone has had a nice Xmas and even better new year!

Regards
Scott

Ha yeah well it's already @ 250-260hp. Going to spend the money on making sure its serviced correctly before gonig to a stage 1. Unless I skip it and go for a stage 3. But to be honest it's quick enough coming from a large 150hp petrol car. I'm quite happy with it in standard trim.

Bar the awful stereo 7 speaker thing and the fact the denso sat nav although okay doesn't have an Aux port which is mighty annoying...

Still there are ways round and noticed the rear speaker parcel shelves look like they'd be easy enough to add a pair of 6x9's.

Im based in sutton Coldfield. Work over Solihull.
Dads retired but he has a 93 cab. Mk1 lpt. He did the pcv changed and cocked it up.

Ended up flooding the ic with oil. So that was my bank holiday over with helping him sort that out.

Next job is drop sump on his and give it a good clean.
