I've got a '99 9-3 and a '99 9-5 Wagon.

Fairly standard "Stage 3" mods:

- Koni "Yellow" adjustable sports suspension
- Maptun Stage 3
- Maptun full sports exhaust system, 3" downpipe to 2.5" catback
- Upgraded intercooler (27x6.5x3.5") w/ piping
- Maptun recirculating boost-pressure valve
- Uprated steering rack clamp and brace kit
- 22mm uprated SAS rear sway bar
- 9-5 Aero perforated leather steering wheel
- Control arms replaced with poly bushings in drop links
- Poly bushings in rear axle
- 225/45/17 Potenza Adrenalin RE002's on 9-3 Aero (08+) wheels
- Aero/Viggen rear bumper
- Aero/Viggen front bumper and side skirts to go on soon
- Aero black leather seats to install soon

The 9-5 is a baby/dog hauler and just has a base tune and a TD04, and will probably stay like that, other than adding a set of skirts I've got (which need painting)

I now live in Australia, but I'm from up on the Nottinghamshire/Lincolnshire border (near Newark). Parts sure would've been easier to get.

Had my saab and stage 3+ map for a while now, really loving it, but got a 2.5" custom exhaust made yesterday! Not into loud exhausts at all, old one was rusted as he'll and blowing so decided to shell out for one! Absolutely speechless! It drones a bit a low revs but driving at 30 and at motorway speeds you don't hear a thing! Pops and bangs when you lift off the throttle as well! Asked for it to be quite as possible, only a tad louder than normal at idle and the guy said it would get quite as time went on so I'm happy. So far I've got

-custom cold air intake ( down into wheel well with k&n filter and hydro sock) just so I can hear turbo
-albert666 downpipe
-fmic (eBay special jobby, works a treat)
-full 2.5" custom exhaust
-stage 3+ map from Karl

Next up is a new engine I think, rebuild it over a couple of months for piece of mind. Once the suspension starts to go I'll be looking into that as well.

Been running the map now for 6 months plus and had no probs, really happy with it

I took a water cooled GTB2056 and hybrided with a billet 60mm 6/6 compressor with extended tips to about 65mm and slapped that in the 1.9CDTI on top of everything else.

Had to run reduced boost at Regal on Friday but managed 295bhp and 583NM. I expect to be over 300bhp and 600NM once I fit the 4 bar TMAP sensor.
