If you are getting the warning 'Service Theft Alarm' or 'Theft Protection Failure' appearing on the SID (display panel) then this is the repair components you need to fix the problem for 9-3 (1998-2003) & 9-5 (1998-2009):

2 CR17335 batteries + 3 capacitors to repair your second theft alarm unit.

If you do not feel confident enough to cut open the sealed unit to replace the items mentioned above then look for my refurbishment service elsewhere in this Traders forum.
