checked the various manuals and it looks easy enough to remove the oil cooler supply/return pipes.

course, when i get to the car its looking like a nightmare

now i'm thinking to swap out the damaged pipe still attatched to the cooler - any tips for removal? from what i can see from under the car its i/cooler off, oil cooler off, disconnect pipes from thermostat plate and then feed it all out through the grille aperture?

just looking for the quickest repair and this seems the way forward currently, especially as i have a complete 9-3 LPT as a spares car
