When you put a new thread up in the Workshop please put your car's year and model in the title, along with just a brief indicator of the problem.

Please also add as much information as you can about the problem, to your post.

Car Model: 2001 9-3 Auto
My 2001 9-3 Auto has been sorn for about 6 months and have just got her taxed and insured once again. A couple of things have been bothering me:

The power steering feels a little heavy - nothing too drastic, but way heavier than my other car and a bit inaccurate feeling..

The fuel gauge won`t seem to settle - it`s up and down from the red and back out again, should be around 10 or so litres above the red..

Apart from that it drives like absolute hell for leather ( in a good way ), must have got too used to driving the other car :shock:

Any tips on what these two seperate issues might be caused by?

As it has been lying about for six months or so without moving, almost certainly the tyres have deflated to some degree. Could the heavy steering simply be that, have you checked pressures ?
