When you put a new thread up in the Workshop please put your car's year and model in the title, along with just a brief indicator of the problem.

Please also add as much information as you can about the problem, to your post.

This will help us to help you, without having to ask basic details such as what car you have.

Car Model: 9-5 2.3T sal and 1.9TiD estat
The driver's window on my sister-in-law's 9-3 convertible would not close fully. After the fault was mis-diagnosed (new motor required!) by a small local garage, she contacted Western in Glasgow. They thought it might be a software fault and suggested she bring it in to them. They were correct. The fault was cleared and the car washed - all without charge. Well done to them.
