Hi I'm in the process of replacing the fuse board. I'm going to replace the fuses as well. Before I just buy some cheapos off Amazon is there a recommended make out there? Any horror stories regarding fuses that should have blown and didn't.

Thanks

Spencer

Use ceramic ones, not plastic, as they get hot, melt then shorten so they dont contact.

It might be worth having a quick look on the Mercedes forums, Mercedes used these fuses up to the late 80s/early 90s

If you're replacing the fuse box, would it not be better to use a flat blade type?
