Ok guys I have changed a lot in the car and it’s in th USA.
New idle control valve all vacuum hoses had throttle body off, reset the throttle sensor on the throttle body.
After this the car idled fine but after I restarted the next day it idled at like 2 to 3 k rpm. This was what happens before I reset the throttle body switch and fitted the new idle control valve. I still suspect that the icv or one of the hoses to it is allowing to much air into the throttle body . Any idea how I can fix it.
I am in the UK at the moment so can’t work in the car. I redid the interior as well it was tan now it is black and red leather, door cards black and Ali dash.

How did you reset the throttle sensor?

Steve.
