The main Meetings forum is designed for meetings with a firm date and location in mind, and this info should be contained in the thread title.

If you want to gauge interest or ask a more general question, please use the "Provisional/gauging interest" forum.

Once meetings have taken place, threads will be moved to the "past meets" forum rather than the Coffee Bar.

Stickies can be arranged for regular, established, meets with a set calendar of upcoming dates- please pm a mod to discuss.

No drumming up of additional interest by cross posting in other sections please, unless by prior moderator approval

The next UKS Limes Cafe Meet (UKSLCM) Sunday 1st March 10:00 until 13:00.

Image

Venue - The Limes Cafe, Old Rufford Road, Bilsthorpe, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG22 8TH.

The Limes has a very large Car Park and there are no time limitations or fees for parking.

The breakfasts served are well recommended and reasonably priced, or if you want to eat later the lunchtime carvery is again recommended & again reasonably priced.

The meets are a chance for a get together to talk and look at SAABs plus anything else that takes your fancy.

Hi Mal,
I'm a bit confused, as thought it was decided that the Limes meet would be every other month for this year, so that it can still alternate with the Redbeck meet, the next Limes being the first Sunday in April?
As such, I've booked something else in for this Sunday, and won't be able to attend.

That was last year.

This years meets are promulgated here viewtopic.php?f=10&t=198360

The YS group that meets at the Redbeck decided that they wanted to hold a monthly meet rather than every other month.

They are now meeting on the second Sunday of the month, their next meet is 15 March.

Mal, not planning on being at the Limes on Sunday.......spent too much on Ebay :(

Will be going to Redbeck on 19th April........which l see is the same day as the run to the coast. But you never know , YSG might decide to go to the coast as well .

Nothing decided for April.

Its possible I may now have to work that weekend, so it might need someone else to take on organising it if its going to happen.
