The next Limes Cafe Meet (UKSLCM) will take place on Sunday 5th February 1030-1400 (some do and will stay longer :D ).

Venue - The Limes Cafe, Old Rufford Road, Bilsthorpe, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG22 8TH.

The Limes has a very large Car Park and there are no time limitations or fees for parking.

The breakfasts served are well recommended and reasonably priced, or if you want to eat later the lunchtime carvery is again recommended/reasonably priced.

The meets are a chance for a get together to talk and look at SAABs and anything else that takes your fancy.

So if you fancy popping along copy and paste the last posted list then add your name to the list, or just turn up on the day.

Unfortunately its very likely I may have to cry off.

I've either pulled or torn a muscle in my back, I felt something go yesterday while working on the car.
It did not feel all that bad at first just a twinge when bending.

However this morning I am really suffering, its not as bad if I'm stood up or walking.
However if I sit down, bend, twist or put any load on my lower back muscles its extremely painful.

I might be able to get into a car, but I doubt I'd be able to drive one or get out of one.

That's a pity Mal.....hope it improves soon.

Have you tried hanging by your arms from a door frame....that always seems to improve things for me :D

Just polished the car ready for the early morning start.

If not tomorrow see you soon......cheers Paul

Currently just keep walking about (typing this on the move), heat pads applied and stretching as advised by my son.

If I standstill or sit it is unbearable.

Hoping it will improve, but doubt I'll make it tomorrow but will if I can.
