Where's everyone staying then? I should be getting mine booked to avoid disappointment.

Nick

Small change of plan for me, due to change of plan concerning my mate from home.
Just a shuffle of days, so to say.
I will be help to man the stand on the Saturday, and Sunday. Friday I will "do" the show with my mate. He's going home on Friday night.

I'll be leaving home on Wednesday, overnighting in Buxton, Wednesday night 21st March, so that I can be at the NEC by lunchtime on the Thursday.

Andy

Just a quick note to those exhibiting - more info will be forthcoming sometime tomorrow, up to my eyes at the moment!

As usual I'm a bit late to the party.... Have you got a full compliment of cars for the stand?
I've got a 1974 indian yellow 95, its a bit modified on air ride and with a turbo and efi conversion.....
I fully expect to be too late but thought I'd chance my arm....

Many thanks, but yes, we are sorted for this year. Planning for the 2019 show starts immediately after this years show, and that sounds like an interesting car! PM me more details sometime and with look we can put it on show next year!

Does anyone know if there is a ticket discount for UKS or SOC members?

It's on the SOC website.

If you are not a member of the SOC, yes, there is a discount code for UKS members. Drop me a pm if you want it.

Good to see in CCW (24 Jan) that the 92 prototype 009 will be on display alongside 2 other 92s (yours included, Nick?). Planning to attend on one of the days - see you there!

Stupid question (maybe?)?

As a volunteer (assuming I'm accepted), do you still need to buy a ticket(s)?

Not my 92 but the Saab feature stand is next to ours. I will be working out what tickets are available tonight and I think all volunteers will be OK for a ticket.

Right, as things stand, those who are exhibiting and already volunteered I have been in touch with and passes are sorted for them, Thanks to all.

As things stand at the moment, and will not be confirmed until I receive the passes, but it looks like I will have 2 spare passes for Friday and 3 spare passes for Sunday. If you are willing to help man the stand for a bit, then I can offer these on a first come, first served basis. Please drop me a PM if you are interested.

As I've got the Friday off, I would have offered my services for the Friday too. However, I also have a prior engagement on the Thursday night at FRUiT to see The Quireboys, so I expect to be unable to drive until the afternoon on Friday, so I'll have to give it a miss, and only volunteer on the Saturday as already arranged.

Not even sure if I will have time to wash & polish.

I may fit a wash in and it will have to be polished at the NEC on the Thursday.
