Bag is now packed...
I know it seems a bit early but it's Bury St Edmund's Saab meeting tomorrow and I'll be leaving first thing Friday morning...

Sorry but Jo is going to have to drop out, cat not well and she is panicking about leaving him now as last time he went downhill when we were away for a few days. I don't think it will be a problem but have been given the "it's your fault if anything happens!" speech. So that will be -pate, beef, trifle for the list. No problem covering deposit or full payment for late drop out if needed. Jo will probably look after the old dog as she is not well either so it will just be me and little puppy dog.

Barry.

Aye aye Colin.

The outside Lavvy was mentioned but they can only fit in a table for two so Shannon will have to stay inside with us :park:

Safe journey Andy . . . .looking forward to seeing this 99.

No probs Barry . . . .we should be able to sort something out. I hope that the 900000 fits into the car park.

All, please aim to arrive around 11.30 to allow time for bonnets up, engine pictures, talking Saabs etc.

We will arrive a wee bit later as we are travelling back from Pitlochry.

Sit down at tables by 12.00.

Can the first to arrive please park in an area of the car park which will allow us to park 20 cars together.

Barry's 900000 will also have to fit in.

See ya all on Sunday :park:

Jim

OHHHHhhhhhhhhhhh hokey cokey cokey cokey, in out in out..............Jo has come up with a plan, we were going up Saturday then back Monday. Now she has suggested sh can come if we only away one night. Wish I had not tried to give as much notice as possible of change now. We will meet up with the convoy around Dundee or just North of there then head home after the meal. Sorry for the messing about but could you add Jo back in again, if she changes her mind again I will arrange for a firing squad at dawn!

Barry.

Colin, Ursa,

I know the Woodlands Hotel well, had my wedding reception there!

I can meet you both there if you like, only a few mins from my house and we can head straight onto the top road.

Colin, you've got my mobile number, give me a call nearer the time and we can sort times etc.

Great stuff,

Colin

Perfect Colin. I will give you a call nearer the time :D

As I'll be leaving tomorrow morning I may not be able get any updates after that time.
If there is any changes to the meeting place after then can someone text/call me by Saturday.

Hi Andy, plan is as per the previous Comms, meet at the Woodlands for 0930 for an 0945 departure up the coast road. Colin (McKenzie) is meeting me there as well.

Safe drive up from England.

Colin

Thanks Colin. See you Sunday. One change of plan though... I won't be in the 99. Just been out for a run tonight and the clutch has started slipping! :(
I'll probably be in the c900 vert.

Hi Andy,

That's a shame about the 99. Was looking forward to seeing that.

Still, we can do a top down convoy now if you are bringing the c900 vert! :D

See you Sunday.

Colin

Colin, Colin and Andy, if you don't mind we'll meet you at the Woodlands hotel too and head up.

For Joe and the team, we'll stop off at McDonald's South Queensferry at 8am if you fancy it?

Ok,

So if I read this right we have the following people meeting at the Woodlands at 0930 for an 0945 getaway.

Andy and Jan
Colin (McKenzie)
Lucas and Louise
Barry and Jo-Anne
Joe Mac and team

Plus me.

If I've missed anyone or anyone else is joining up with us the more the merrier.

Just to remind everyone of the address and postcode for The Woodlands:

13, Panmure Terrace,
Broughty Ferry,
Dundee,
DD5 2QL

Plan is to convoy up the A92 coast route but we can agree the finer details for the Aberdeen bit tomorrow.

Cheers

Colin

We have had yet another rethink, forgot about the dogs, auld yin and little puppy dog. Better take them for a long walk before leaving them over lunch time, not been an issue before but wouldn't want them fresh and full of energy with those teeth and left alone over lunch.
We will head North later today, then tomorrow while you guys convoy up we will deploy operation wear dogs out then head over to the hotel early to get a suitable parking spot if available.
See you all up there.

Barry.
