Don't keep a track of exchange rates but bought something from abroad on ebay.
Looked today and in two weeks the Pound has gone down.
Bought item for £14.66 now it's £15.00, this is the current price on my bought listing since buying it.
That's 34p in two weeks.

Curious, on the 11th May the exchange rate was 1.1572,today its 1.13

According to my (probably incorrect) calculations that doesn't account for a 34p difference?

34p in two weeks?

Just wasted $75 in about 30 minutes. Trying to do something on pb.

I don't even care how much $75 is an hour ago.

No doubt, some clever person will enlighten me to compound my misery.

Recently? It has been dropping over the last four years against practically every currency, even those of banana republics.
It has even lost ground to the Thai Baht, and they have had the death of the longest-reigning monarch, the coronation of a controversial successor, political instability and a military government.
