Andy D, awesome moor road overtaking. some grunt in your beast of a 9K.

When we took the, er-hum, wrong way out of the Abbey car park and turned around, I looked in the rear view mirror and I swear AndyD's 9000 was pulling a wheelie  It's certainly got the poke you'd expect, given the Hirsch stickers 8)

Shall we do it again next year?

Why not ... Great fun ... a little more notice next year and hopefully more people from the region can come along.

JimmyWynn - Yup! You missed a good day, but there'll be others, mate

Tubbo - Sorry you couldn't make it. I got your message. Hope everything's okay, fella

Guys, sorry we missed you, didn't get to the GF's place near Whitby till about 5.30pm though :(

I kept looking out for a Saab convoy on the way up, though I suspect you all cam back the A171/A1 route rather than the A64 & little-roads-across the-moors route I took from Malton (Amotherby, Great Barugh, Hutton le hole, Rosedale Abbey, Egton moor) thus avoiding all the chubby trippers :P

Saw loads of those citroen SMs about all over & around the moors over the weekend - and a nice convoy of old MG TFs & TCs heading through Glaisdale yesterday 8)

Good to have met you Snabbe, or should I say good to have met you Fast
Great pics, you have a nice photographic eye.
Do get in touch if you are over here, we would be happy for you to join up with any meets, you would be very welcome as would any other members of your Swedish Saab forum :) Can't guarantee we would be so lucky with the weather next time though.

Good things come to those who wait.....

Here is the link to my pictures, you will have to navigate to the Days out Page (enjoy the picture Paul) and then Whitby at the bottom.

Sorry for the delay, things have been a little busy the last couple of days so as always I have been pants!

Had a great time at the meet, good to see you again Bollman and hopefully you will be here on another one, or maybe the west yorkshire crew should lead the way to Europe sometime soon! Snabe, nice to meet you too and the others who i havent met before!

Again, a really great day! thoroughly enjoyed it!

Enjoy!

... and which one had two glamorous ladies in the back? Hmmm? Dratted women, their hair and their not wanting to drive/be up front so we can have the roof down and get a face full of flies
Bless 'em ... can't live with 'em ... can't kill 'em
